*NEW* MONEY TRANSFER BETWEEN CARDS

NEW APPLICATION

Our Nakito, Card Extra and Express Card holders will be able to transfer money/balance between their main and joint cards 24/7 by calling our Customer Support Line from (212) 373 73 73. Customers who do not call during the working hours may connect to customer representative by selecting card transaction menu number 1.

APPLICATION FOR OUR RETAIL CUSTOMERS

In order to make a money transfer between cards, our Retail Prepaid Card holders should call Customer Support Line and emphasize sending and beneficiary card numbers after a security inquiry and carry out the transfer through our Customer Representatives right away.

APPLICATION FOR OUR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS

In order to transfer money between cards, our Commercial Prepaid Card Customers should fill and send Request Form For Transfers Between Commercial Prepaid Cards to mdh@turkishbank.com (212) 230 08 44 fax number, or our related Branch. Thus, the authorized employee for money transfers between Prepaid Cards of the firm would be designated. Prepaid card that would be issued to the authorized employee who will be able to make money transfers between cards would be described as the FIRM MAIN CARD.

Transaction between cards would be carried out after a phone verification done by the Customer representative to check employee information defined to the MAIN CARD of the authorized firm personnel.

TRANSACTION CONTROLS FOR MONEY / BALANCE TRANSFERS BETWEEN CARDS

Controls below would be carried out during the Inter-Prepaid Cards money transfer:

  • Sending and beneficiary prepaid cards have to be defined with the same main card number and should be interdependent.
  • Cards should have the same currency.

      IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER MONEY BETWEEN THE PREPAID CARDS ISSUED FOR DIFFERENT NAMES?

      Yes, it is possible. Money transfer transactions between Prepaid Cards that are not defined for the same customer can be done during the working hours, with a signed instruction given by holder of the sending card.
