When you apply from our branches, your card will be instantly delivered to you. In case of Online or Phone applications, your card will be delivered by a courier.

You can refund loaded money at your prepaid card by applying to our branches.
7. Can I use my prepaid card on the internet?
You can shop online securely by using our 3D Secure Internet Payment Service, as much as your card balance.

At the end of your shopping transaction, you will be asked to enter your card number and one-time-password that will be sent to your mobile phone. Thus, your card information will be secured.

For e-commerce web pages that do not have 3D Secure support, your transaction limit is 500 USD

9. What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

10. What should I do when my prepaid card falls due/ expired / is about to expire?
In order to continue enjoying the advantages of our prepaid cards, by visiting our branches, you can get your new card without the need of any additional document.

Your balance will be transferred to your new card by your Branch.

CashCard

1. How can l learn the result of my CashCard application and in which way does it deliver to me?
You can learn the result of your CashCard application by our Costumer Support Line +90 (212) 373 73 73 or our branches.

According to your preference, your card will be delivered to your address or branch by courier.
2. Are there any fee that is charged for CashCard transactions?
You can use your CashCard in Turkey or abroad and you can shop any workplaces carrying master card logo, you can check your balance or withdraw cash from TurkishBank Cashmatiks without any fee.

3. Can I do transactions with CashCard on abroad?
You can use your card for shopping and cash withdrawal from your primary account or USD account.
4. Which accounts can I bind to my joint card?
Additional cardholder can view all accounts that is binded to his/her card. If the main cardholder does not want to share his/her account information with additional cardholder they cannot view them. Additional cardholder cannot do any transaction without main cardholder permission.
5. Can I view my account balance on abroad ATMs?
You can view your card balance by calling our Customer Support Line from +90 (212) 373 73 73 or from our Internet Branch when your are on abroad.
6. Can I get CashCard for my common accounts?
Common account holders can request CashCard for their common accounts. These cards can be used only for shopping or cash withdrawals, not for remittance, card payments etc.
7. Can I change accounts that are linked to my CashCard?
You can make your requests to the branches for adding or changing linked accounts.

Credit Card

1. What should I do to increase my credit card limit?
To increase your credit card limit, you can make your request from your branch or from +90 (212) 373 73 73 by calling our Customer Support Line

3. How can I pay my credit card dept?
You can pay your Credit Card dept from our ATMs, branches, web branch, phone branch or through EFT from other banks.

You can also give automatic payment order to your branch for your term dept.
4. How can I follow my credit card debt?
Your Credit Card statement date is the last working day of the month, and the payment date is 10th of next month, if it is a holiday it will be the next working day.

A detailed statement can be sent by e-mail or a brief statement balance can be texted upon your request.

7. What does the minimum payment amount means?
According to the Regulation on Bank Cards and Credit Cards the minimum payment amount which should be paid cannot be under:

  • 25% of the term debt for the credit cards up to 15.000 TL limit,
  • 30% of the term debt from the credit cards with the limit between 15.000 TL and 20.000 TL
  • 40% of the term debt for the credit cards with minimum 20.000 TL limit and
  • 40% of the term debt came up as from the beginning date of usage up to the expiration of 1 year for the newly assigned credit cards.
You can pay your term debt on its expiry date or you can lend it by paying the minimum payment amount. As your cash spending and cash advance transactions made abroad and indicated in your USD abstract account are not lended, you must deposit your USD term debt until the expiry date.

9. What is mail order transaction? Can l do any mail order transaction with my card?
Mail order is kind of card not present transaction which is done by telephone or internet with your card number. Due to your card security a specific limit is determined for mail order transactions. You can set or close your mail order limit any time according to request. For the usage security, mail order limit is 20% of your card limit

11. Where can I do my cash advance withdrawal transactions?
Your cash withdrawal limit is 20% of your total limit (*).You can withdraw cash any time from our branches, ATMs or all Master Card Logo ATMs in Turkey; from bank branches and ATMs carrying MasterCard logo on abroad.

(*) For Platinum Cards, the rate is 50% of the total limit.
12. How can I learn my abstract account debt balance?
In addition to the paper abstract which will be sent to your e-mail address, you can learn your Credit Card abstract account through;

  • E-mail. To be able to do that, you should let us know about your e-mail address by sending e-mail to mdh@turkishbank.com or let your branch be informed about it.
  • Orders which you might give to your branch to withdraw your term debt automatically from your account.
  • Orders which you might give to your branch to receive SMS about your term debt.
  • Our Internet Branch and ATMs.
